If you are a new patient or not an established patient and would like to order contacts with us, please email info@kindeyeschicago.com with a copy of your valid contact lens prescription and amount of supply you would like to order and your phone number and we will contact you with pricing and can order via telephone. We can direct ship to you or you can pick up in office.
